What is vivo Trade-in?
vivo Trade-in is our responsible upgrade service: you hand in your old smartphone, we calculate the final valuation after an inspection, and once you accept it (if there are any changes), we provide a refund and/or an additional benefit.
What devices can I trade in?
We accept smartphones from different brands, as long as they meet our minimum trade-in requirements.
How long does the vivo Trade-in process take?
Once we receive your device, we carry out the inspection and issue the final valuation. If it differs from the initial estimate, we will ask for your confirmation. After your acceptance (if required), we process the payment within a maximum of 3 business days.
What happens if I don't accept the final valuation?
If you don't agree with the valuation, we will return your device after you pay the return shipping cost.
How will I receive my benefit?
During the promotional period, after you confirm and place your trade-in order, we will provide you with a voucher, which you can use to purchase an eligible new vivo device.
