6.        Environmental information and disposal

As a retailer of vivo smartphones and accessories, we are obliged to inform you about the proper disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment and batteries (in accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Ordinance – WEEE and the Battery Ordinance). Old devices and batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. You can return them free of charge to collection points or to us. We take back old devices on a one-for-one basis when you purchase a new device. Batteries can be returned regardless of a purchase. Further information is available at www.edm.gv.at. The crossed-out wheelie bin on products symbolises this obligation. We are registered with the coordination office for waste electrical and electronic equipment.
